Hello
I've been playing around with the ALS NLS php adding program, and it has added the functions correctly, but the car won't start... Sad it starts fine with the file, which does not have the stuff added to it. Now is anyone able to integrate only the No lift shift? The car is a 1.8 golf mk4 gti, with an agu + k03s turbo on a ME 7.5 ecu.

Thanks in advance

There needs to be a large red sign that the script can cause problems with RSA.

It came up as 0 fails, so I guess I didn't do it correctly, I used the .exe version of the script

Again, IMO the fact that this script is out there w/o any warnings whatsoever is a bad bad thing. If you can't do NLS yourself in asm, you shouldn't be using this script. And if you can do NLS yourself in ASM, you don't need this script. Pretty much the ONLY thing it is good for is LEARNING how to patch NLS into your file.

It literally breaks the RSA checking code in many, if not all, ME7.5 images.

The flash will report checksum fine, that isn't the issue; it literally screws up the RSA checking algo by touching RAM locations it shouldn't.

It is extremely poor form for the authors to not make this clear at this point.

I'd go through and edit all of the wayward posts about this tool, but I really don't care to.

The best way to go about it is to see if you can no-op out the RSA code.

I have now implementet NLS on the file using Setzi's method, and I just wanted to know, if any of you can "check" if it has been done correctly - I have not flashed the car yet, with this file. :-) Thanks in advance
