I have changed the ECU software on several Vito W447's with the OM651 without issues with keeping torque monitoring active.

However, I now have an issue with one of the latest OM651's from 2020 (a 114 CDI). Tuned the car drives without issues or error codes on both high load and low load, however, whenever you turn on the cruise control at a speed of ~80 km/h or higher, the car will go into limp mode and display the traction control / ESP symbol "Not available, please see manual". When you restart the car twice, the error will disappear and the car will drive normal again (as long as you don't enable the cruise control).

I have not changed the IQ to NM and/or the duration tables. When flashing the car back to its stock file, cruise control works without issues. I am using the car's stock file for making changes. I have tried copying the torque request and torque monitoring maps from a 116 CDI that worked without issues on this 114 CDI file, but this didn't change anything.

What could be this issue? The datalog of when this occurs is here:

It is known issue, it came with new software updates somewhere 2018 I think? That needs some specific changes to flash and I don't mean stupid "torque monitor off".
