try to run it with the maf unplugged and see if it comes up

I think there is more going on in that engine... I yust bought it and I want to fix it properly before I will go in with testing the software-mod. It throws Lamda-Error, I replaced Lambda-Sensor already. There was also a broken tube. Still Lambda error and very low MAF-values. Tomorrow I will install a new MAF-Sensor because the sensor plate looks very bad. And because of the lean mixture and resulting high EGT , no the exhaust manifault is cracked Undecided

I will report next week, after I finished the repairs.

150hp maf should read 125g-135/s, 180hp maf reads 149-155g/s so yours is dead.

Update....

new MAF installed, car runs better, but not perfect. MAF values are okay now, but still lambda error under load (it runs lean). Sensor is okay and idle also.

I did a pressure check with 1.5 bar on the boost system. Found 2 leaks ... intake manifold-gasket and tubing to the breake-system
There is also a pneumatic boost valve, which is leaking...

I will report, when the repairs are done... Almost an engine overhaul :-)

Hi, now I am making progress.

Now I fixed my leaks, replaced the boost valve and the blown exhaust manifold seals. Now car runs perfect, Lambda-values are okay, no knocking under high loads, boost control works perfect.

At this starting point I installed the modded file on ME7.5 with the 180HP TT-mapping. It runs perfect. Car drives much better and no problems under high load. no kocking and it doesn't go lean. boost is stable in MWB 115

So much power in a small car like this is perfect. :-) Grin

I'm sorry for reviving the thread, but I have a question regarding the file attached in this post http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=3472.0;attach=5782
Can I Flash this into my stock ARZ ecu and enjoy extra 30hp? Will it Flash and start with no problems? The author stated it worked just fine for him(the above post), I have even contacted him to ask for permision to use this but it seems he not visited the forum since December 2017.
