Hello
I have an 2006 a4 B7 1.8t quattro
I want to switch my dash to one with a Color Display
The Car has immo3 and Rb8 Bosch dash.
I asked a couple tuners to do this job but nobody wants to touch it.(im from germany)

What software do i need to reliably write my immo Id and vin to an other dash?
Dosent need to be newest software just has to work for my immo3 B7 audi dash.

I have a blue KKL kable and the newest VCDS
Please tell me what do i need to finally get this done.

you won't do it with any software and kkl cable - you need at least Vag dash Can

There is one other solution, maybe macxxx can confirm will it work.

1. You can do immo off on you ECU so car can start.
2. Then you buy from donor car cluster and working key.

You put cluster from donor to your car, and switch transponder chip from donor key to your key

On that way car will start, and no errors on dash. Only down point is you will have part workong immo. If someone try to steel your car it will have hazards warning on but engine will start

As i remember carprog reads rb4/rb8 so it should work

I think i will buy smok
Interface + VW0021 Bosch K-line OBD
