Hi,

I have retro fitted a Audi 8L dash, cluster and 1.8t engine in to an old mk2 scirocco, now i have the engine running no problems, but i want to disable to the airbag light on my dash along with the ESP light and ABS light, i don't want to remove the bulbs from the ABS as i will be running ABS in the future.

any tips on how i can do this? i have a nice selection of tools, VCDS/vagtacho/VagKcommander

my cluster has the following part numbers

Part No: 8L0 920 980 P
Component: KOMBI+WEGFAHRS. M73 D06
Coding: 00444
Shop #: WSC 00272
VCID: 4088D82F4090643E1D-4A3A

many thanks.

I know for some VW clusters (NEC+24C64) there are some bits in eeprom you can change to disable ABS and ESP icons.
Can you post your eeprom here so I can take a look?
