Hi, I'm trying to run a supercharged 2.0L 8v on a 8N0906018H ECU

I only have it statically running at the moment and I'm getting some idle and just off idle issues. where load is oscillating.
its not too bad on idle but as soon as you touch the throttle rpm, raises and lowers a lot. when it gets to above 1500rpm it stabilises.
after logging it looks like something is requesting it to do so.

iop/irl is stock and torque interventions are disabled.
initially I thought it was due to having boost on idle but after sorting out the bypass valves, it still does the same at atmospheric pressure.
I have also tried adjusting KFZW in low load/rpm with little effect other than throttle response and temp.

any pointers would be greatly appreciated

Have you wired in a map sensor and iat sensor?

Just looking at the wiki for compensating for displacement. Looks like I need the intake manifold volume. I take it the easiest way to find this out is to take the manifold off, block it up and fill it with water then tip it into a measuring jug

I believe it also includes the "in-head" intake runner volume up to valves themselves, but I don't think that it's worth it to do that much work currently. You could just adjust those values by the "displacement difference" percentage for initial testing. Or you could find the KISRM value for the engine you're using intake from and then recalculate everything.

Either way, it was just a shot in the dark. I believe there are other issues.
FUEREG, MDFUE, etc.
Check that it's not riding "minimal filling" or "minimal torque".

That's a good point, I have the stock map off the original ecu as that is also me7.5
I have tried searching for a definition file for it but haven't had any luck.

I agree there is a few other issues that need addressing as well although fuelling seems to roughly follow where I've set it form a rescaled and adjusted LAMFA, I'll post graph when I get home Smiley

They are both installed. It's all in the car almost ready to go. I just have no brakes on the car and only a test exhaust. So I can only do static logs at the moment
