I'm having a issue with the emission readiness showing "failed or Incomplete' on both the Heated 02's and the EVAP, it doesn't have any codes and the CEL isn't on. I have replaced both 02's and the evap purge valve. I can force the test for the purge valve with my VAG-Com and it says passed but wont reset the readiness. I'm trying to sell the car and it wont smog with 2 systems failing.

Yes it has the rear 02's codded out, besides that nothing has been changed

Evap will not set until o2s set, and 02s will not set if rears sensors are coded out
