when you wont do full logs from around 1500 rpm to redline, you will not have all needed values ---> in the LDRPID tool this is visualised as a red area then (which you asked)

Can someone help me to understand KFLDIMX axis?
It should be requested pressure in mBar as I see. But why everybody has different numbers there?
Most of screenshot has 0 to 1000 mBar scale. And what a strange factor and conversion I have?

You might be best to check the funktionsrahmen for your ECU, there are various ways it can be calculated, and some ECUs have a config switch that changes the method.

I guess it is plsolr_w - (close to desired boost) and I see (in .ecu file) that all parameters in mbar has factor = 0.0390625 * x
So I got results that looks like truth:

This mean:
1) we cannot control boost less then 150 mbar (although this does not matter, because the actuator spring holds 300 mbar).
2) any boost above 1 bar has the same WG DC. How to control boost over 1000 mbar? Should I change plsolr_w axis?

Please, confirm me that I am right.

Yes change your axis for the desired boost range. My requested maximum boost is ~1350 mbar, so I set the kfldimx range to 200-1450.

Good thread. I tried this approach yesterday. I works for me. Not perfectly yet but normal. I did some KFLDRL tuning. But I think that it happens because the software didn't process my logs with 60 and 70 ltvdm runs. Also I think that this process can be automatized. ME7 software has LDRAPP constant and vsldtv variable. At least Volvo software didn't set vsldtv variable. So this variable can be freely modified by CAN request. So setting CWMDAPP to 16 switch code to work with LDRAPP plus vsldtv. All other activity can be automatized. Like settings vsldtv value. Writing logs for fixed ltvdm value and so on.

so i want to try this but i'm noob and a little confused.
so basically you just have to set your imx values linear, and then leave that alone.
then you customize drl from then on to get your boost to folloow correctly?

I wont have to fiddle with axis changing or conversion factors or anything?

well I gave it a shot.
Seems to work fine. To be honest I don't notice much difference from the default method.
except that i'm ignoring the IMX map all the time, just leave it linear. 
I suppose that's the point though.

I can download the LDRPIDTool folder but it is only uncompiled file ..
