What file are you trying to flash? Is it an mbox bin.  It looks like you might have a blown fuse since you have a bunch of faults related to short circuit to ground.  Check fuses and report back. Word of advise you shouldn't try and piss off people that are here to help you.  Just saying.

ECU incorrectly coded
ECM Relay short to ground
EVAP short to ground
N75 short to ground
Camshaft Timing Adjustment: Short to Ground
N112 short to ground
Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating Circuit: B2 S2: Short to Ground
Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating Circuit: B1 S2: Short to Ground
Fuel Pump Relay (J17): Electrical Malfunction P1500

Fix this before you even consider doing anything to the tune.
