Setup:

Gas is 94 octane
Full weight car + about 250 lbs for driver and 100 lbs of misc items in the car.
Built 2.7L (30000 miles), supertech valvetrain, stock pistons, IE rods.
Mildly ported 2.8L heads and 2.8 cams
Ported intake manifold w/plenum and RS4 throttle body
Stock exhaust manifolds
SRM K24 turbos
85mm MAF housing
EV14 750cc injectors at 4bar
Bosch 044 fuel pump
034 fuel rails
SSAC 3" to 2.5" downpipes
Billy boat (APR) stealth (quiet) exhaust (pretty sure this is highlu restrictive)

I am posting because the best FATS I can manage in this car is a 3.6 at 21psi which seems a bit low. I would expect more like a 3.3 FATS.

Partial and idle trims are basically zero. A/F actual is not included in these logs but it sits around 11.7 - 11.8 on all pulls. MAF voltage is 4.75 in a few of the pulls on an 85mm MAF housing which may suggest the car is not quite putting down the power it should be based on airflow. Timing looks good in all pulls.

One point of curiousity is that I don't spool to 20psi until about 4400-4600rpm in 3rd gear. This seems high. I am starting to suspect my exhaust needs to be chopped off and replaced. I currently have a dual muffler stock replacement exhaust (APR). Would this affect spool?

Of course I could be completely wrong. Logs are attached and I can post my bin if required.

What say NefMoto?

yeah, slow spool and low airflow.  You should be moving more air than that.
