Anyone know where CDKAT is in the 3B0907551DB - 04 Passat ATQ.

I've tried 00'ing every spot in the range where it should be. Nothing. Do I have to disable something more to disable cat? Stumped.

I'd upload it, but i'm getting an error of upload folder full.

Did you use ESKONF?

If it's anything like 2.7 files, disabling the rear o2 in ESKONF will totally remove the readiness monitor... get flagged during smog inspection.

If you removed the cats, you wouldn't pass smog anyway.
So readiness would be less of a concern or am I wrong?

Car has cats, they're just worn out. Only thing I'm trying to do is pass smog. Using spacers on the o2's causes post-cat lambda faults.

I've used the prj's maplocator to find(and zero)
CDKAT - 181A0
CDLSH - 181A8
CDLSHV - 181A9
CDHSH - 1819C
CWKONLS - 181B9 to 17

I've also tried to zero about 10 places in either direction of where CDKAT should be...and still shows can monitor not-ready.

This is what i did a few weeks ago for a for a 2.8 passat i needed to tune. I found everything i needed by using the m box file to find maps. PROKON are in the sameish location but the bits dont line up exactly it will take a bit of playing around to find what youre looking for. I fpumd eskonf with searching  the me7.1 eskonf bits. I even got 2 strp patched and working (non public patch) <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/HU16bdbbB-Q" frameborder="0" gesture="media" allow="encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

So, I found the ESKNOF in 4 spots. Changed them all accordingly, assuming that rear 02 bit is the same as m-box 2.7t. Still no dice.

Coding out rear O2's. (Apparently this wasn't the goal)
Removing cat diagnosis, but also disrupting readiness in the process.

My approach would be to find cat diagnosis threshold maps
and manipulate them to accept the deteriorated state of the cats.
Haven't done anything like this before, so this is where my experience ends Smiley

But i might look into it, for the sake of a challenge  Tongue

AHKATMN, AHKATMX & AHKTMXT?

Try decreasing AHKATMN and increasing AHKATMX & AHKTMXT.
it should loosen up the tolerances for defective cat diagnosis.
By how much I can't answer you Smiley

Note that this should be with all cat monitoring systems active.
