Hey,

all this EEPROM-stuff is quite new for me, but I reat alot and try to unterstand..

My goal is to clone a (MY2000) 8N0906018Q ECU on a 4B0906018F hardware.
My problem on this:
a the moment, I cannot read the dump of the 8N0906018Q ECU because carĀ“s not awailible yet.

Is it possible to use one of the virgian 95040 to clone the ECU and re-learn it in the car?
Witch of the posted virgians I need for this ?

Or is it enough to flash 8N0906018Q SW in the ECU and deleat the IMMO of the original 4B0906018F EEPROM to run the cloned ECU in the car ?

Thanks for help, hints etc.

Jochen

You can't do anything until the car has arrived anyway - so why not wait and do it properly?
