Hey guy's- I've been trying for months to make sense of this car and can't seem to isolate the issue.

Setup: 110k mile motor.- New Frankenturbos, EV-14 Injectors 52lb injectors, 4bar FPR, 044 Fuel pump, new fuel filter, 85mm billet maf followed by 10 inches of pipe and open element intake, ssac fullback, haltech dual wideband.

Logging- old ross tech serial, couldn't get it to work with me7 logger so I used ecu-x. I removed ignition timing info from logs due to slower baud rate.

Tune-  8D0907551M - Rear 02's removed. Calculated TVUB's from PovGRide742's thread. Krkte .054, MLHFM scaled to 1426 (Tony's). KFMLDMX table raised.

Results- Car idles rich (vacillates from 14.7 to 14.1), hovers around 14.5 14.6 for part throttle. When lifting off the the accelerator the wideband goes rich to about 13.6 for a few seconds, then lean (up to 19 or so). When shifting into neutral the car does the same thing (rich then lean). When trying wot car is not enriching mixture (see wot log, also note with stock tvub's & higher krkte, I get 10.6 @ wot).

Vag-com says:

Block 33 (idle)

Bank 1
+1 to 10%
.600 volts down to 0.90 volts and everywhere in between.
always adding fuel on bank 1

Bank 2
-1 to 10%
Volts bounce from 0.110 to 670
always pulling fuel on bank 2

Block 32 (20 miles):
-1.3, 3.1, -0.6, 9.4 - Note: Even with stock TVUB's, I get negative idle's and positive part throttles (have done 100+ miles).

Other:
Injection time 1.70ms
3.70- 3.9 /gs
load 18%
760 to 800rpm
Coolant 93c.

Only CEL is misfire cylinder 3(seems to be just at idle). I have replaced coilpacks, plugs (sidefires),swappd icm's, etc. car has never bucked at WOT.  I am at the end of my rope here so any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

If the car idles rich, then you should lower TEMIN and TEMINVA

TEMIN is already less than 300.

One thing I noticed is that if I unplug the MAF sensor, I do not experience the rich on decel issue. I have tried another maf sensor with the same results. Does this mean my maf scaling is way off?

what's your tvub?   i think you have more rough tuning before you can focus on your specific afr's...

it looks like your TVUB/KRKTE is in balance at idle, more or less, but your part throttle adaptations show that your KRKTE is too small. Since your KRKTE is too small then over compensation in TVUB (too large) is causing the idle to look ok but over fuels lower loads than idle.

Tune until your part throttle trims are as close to zero as possible, then start adjusting TVUB until your idle is as close to zero as possible.

When looking at block 032 part throttle keep in mind that the boxes will display any of three different sets of values depending on engine load/RPM thresholds. You'll see what I am talking about once you drive a little bit around to give them chance to move and start logging with different acceleration levels.

Lowered TEMIN to .273 and raised KRKTE .02 from my existing value. Partial throttle fuel trims look better but I"m still going rich on decel. Also  dips to about 13 for a few seconds before climbing to 14.7 when shifting into neutral. I retract the statement about it not happening when unplugging the maf, it still happens.

aside from rich on decel the tune seems ok:

I'm considering getting the injectors flowmatched but not sure if it will help.
