how to know hows file is tuned ?

Ii got 1000+ file for my vw 1.8t and i also have a galletto 1260 to flash it but i dont know wich file choose cause i dont know example how much boost , what is deleted etc ...
so how can i know it ?

Or just booting up a hex editor /comparer, something like Beyond Compare.

i tried beyond compare and there is a million of number .. i dont understand anything
is there anything can decode those number ?
like 000023 32 34 38 21

You dont need too(for now , unless u want to get into tuning..), just look on the left side of the screen. If there are are red areas, that means the file is different there , like it has been modified vs the original file.

there is million of red area . but i dont want to find a indentical file. i want to know if i got modified file in my repertoire like stage 1-2-3 to flash in my ecu
the file are not named

Well your thread if about how to know if a file not original.. Which is what exactly I told you. If there are red areas it means its modified. You have to understand ME7 tuning/maps what kind of "stage" its mapped for.

Just start flashing them on one at a time and see what one you like.

As Nyet said, you need to compare against a stock file.
