My post cat 02 sensor went bad and I thought it would be a good time to attempt a code out considering I'm cat-less.  I believe I've followed all the wiki steps, everything appears fine (no faults) and logs seem normal.  My issue is readiness won't set.  What I haven't been able to try is the VCDS readiness wizard as I'm using VCDS lite and that feature is not available.  I'm not sure if that would help or not.  I see some guys talking about ASM patches, but that's over my head, for now at least.  Being that I'd rather not buy a replacement sensor I might be open to some paid assistance from a reputable forum member.

You can try CWKONABG.0 = 0..

also double check your ESKONF (I do not know off hand if that is correct for AK, maybe others can chime in).

I already changed CWKONABG, I forgot to include it in my previous post  Embarrassed.

I'm pretty sure ESK is correct as I was struggling with it at first.  I learned there are separate addresses for what I believe would be for manual or auto trans.

Perhaps I need to figure out the location of SRYLS?  Readiness byte?

Possibly, but I think something else is wrong, that list should have worked.

Double check make sure it's defined correctly. IMO, defining emission code words can be a headache.

CLRSHK 16 -> 17

vcds group 36 should be 0.0v test ok
same with 46 for a cat

Thanks guys.  I'll re-group and see if I can't find something that I may have overlooked.

What specifically isn't passing readiness? If it is post cat, it shouldn't even try to pass readiness, it should come back unsupported (and readiness)

Oxygen sensors and secondary air injection show no love.  I made a revision so there's a chance it hasn't had enough running time but I'm guessing I've driven it enough.  I have mslub and mslbas zero'd out and n112 doesn't open after CWKONABG.0 = 0.

I cleared CDSLS and CDLSV but of course catalyst, oxygen sensors, and SAI show unsupported with my generic scan tool.  Not sure if that'll be an issue with NYS inspection or not Huh
