You need Galleto 1260 and connect in boot mode, then upload correct file

Nope. well not really. You need to bootmode debrick the ecu, so you need a setup for it aswell. You can also only use that cable if it has the correct chip and rest of the components to do bootmode flashing, and you probably dont have a genuine rosstech cable.

You need to learn not to flash files you didn't make nor have any idea about.

I am sorry, but you cannot do bootmode flashing in like 10 mins. You need to build a bootmode setup, there are many guides for this search the forum, but atleast you will need to be able to solder, get a power supply, an obd2 connector and some other stuff aswell.

You will also have to modify the galleto software to work with the ftdi chip , or use some other software to do the flashing. Again just use the search bar on the left.

Also why did you flash a TT chassis file onto a b6 chassis ecu ?

you can bootmode flash in the car. just disconnect the ground wire short boot pin on ecu. with the key in the on position reconnect the battery and rewrite threw the port  in bootmode. done it several times works without an issue

And also when doing boot mode in car, you must remove ECM relay or smaler conector on ECU.  I have problem that some ECU-s won't go in boot mode when pin 121 is geting power

Yeah i know i didnt realise,

Found the post that cloned serial from the galletto program to the cable tried that galletto connected but says boot mode inactive i am grounding pin 24 first then connecting the - terminal on the battery after 2-3 seconds i let go the ground cable from the pin but no success Sad gonna try with a different laptop but there's no logic in that i cant enter boot mode or i cant do that i dont know

Disconnecting ground wire is potentially dangerous.
If the ECU is grounded anywhere on chassis and then you short the flash chip pin to ground before having main ground in the ECU, it can kill the processor.
It 100% kills the processor if you ground the boot pin directly to chassis before grounding the ECU.

It should be always power that is removed, never ground.
