My car is Audi A4 B7 2005 1.8T Quattro with k04-064 turbo from s3 2.0tfsi on 1.5 bar.
Maxspeeding forged rods 20mm with S3 1.8t 20mm pistons.
630cc bosch ev14 injectors and etc
The MAF is stock but housing is bigger - From S3 1.8T - 76mm i think.
My question is this tune that i have good ? I saw the advances are a little bit high from the lot. But is the MAF housing is calculated corectly or it is not even touched ? Thanks.

8E0909518AQ MOD - is file that i have now

8E0909518AQ  Stock parts - this is the file that i get the car with it.Tuned but with all stock parts.

Terrible tune. You're way past the MAP sensor and not running a 5120 file.

You're asking for trouble.

Im not doing any of my tune.I only know how to log. That tune is made by mapper, but i feel like the car is far away from the maximum of that setup. With perfexpert im getting results of 260hp which is more likely for the old k04 from S3 1.8T. I get these values with a lot bigger turbo...
I have a boost meter and with this tune i get 1.7bar peak, and hold 1.55-1.6bar

you have a lot of timing correction after 4500rpm. youre underboosting by 1.5 bar on spool, load request down low is a little ridiculous, 1.5bar at 2290rpm lol? are the knock tables calibrated for the new metallic bits in the engine? may need to pull a few degrees in the mid range where youre over the map sensor limit and/or request a richer mixture like 0.82. fueling calibration looks ok fwiw

Hi,
180g/s is way too low for this boost  ignition retard is also bad at high rpm.
You have got on 1 cylinder misfire .
I haven`t watched the tune itself but over 230g/s should be in there with k04/64.
Have you watched for boost leaks or defekt suv ?
best regards

Did you read any of my post regarding the MAP limit?

Could be underscaled MAF. Who the hell knows?

So this is a very bad tune ? I dont know almost anything about tune and i dont mess with these stuff. The car is tunned by local tuner but i feel the car is too slow for this setup.I expected a lot more than that, and thats why i made this topic. 3 different tuners made changes but car is slow and thats the final tune that i have now.
Dont know if the knock tables calibrated but i doubt it is.

@Ano Im also think that 180g/s is too low for that turbo. I will check now which cylinder have a misfire and maybe ill change sparks. I think im not having boost leaks.

@nyet Yes i know about map limit but dont know what to do.I know the stock MAP sensor cant read over 1.55bar boost. How can i understand if the MAF corectly scaled ?

Thanks anybody
