Plug and play is exhaust manifold and turbocharger from audi 2.5 TDI

Turbocharger is K16. Will this tutbocharger can windstand petrol exhaust gas? Would be capable to make 160-170 hp?

if 170 is all you're after, swap an  NM/7A or use a MC-2/2B/MB K24 from a 1986+ 100/200turbo or ur-quattro. That's a proper plug n play, minus oil and water lines and it will make 160-170 HP without any problems, but you'll be struggling with fueling due to the KE-Jetronic continuous injection system (=mechanical), so you might have to install megasquirt on it in order to fuel it properly. At which point it becomes such a project that you might come to the same conclusion as I came to in 2000: swap a complete 3B in there along with harness and ECU, then you have 220 factory HP and possibilities for tuning are pretty much infinite or almost.

150 hp will be fine too, the goal is cheap power upgrade.
I already made my own ECU soo only i need to put electric injectors in NG head.
3B, AAN, 7A is out of every range

The car is used in city traficc 98% of time. I only want to add it a new life with little turbocharging, and MPI

I guess it's doable too, but are you 1000% sure the exhaust manifold ports are in the exact same spot as on the NG?
