Personally, I would start by looking into the multitude of threads over the last decade or so on here whereby people state what they've done with regards to cross-flashing things like this! As an example, flashing aspects in this sub forum or a similar/same Q in another sub-forum like tuning area here;

http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=7859.0title=

Then you'll know what has worked for some, any posts the pro's don't want to re-state for the 150th time without you looking through the forum where it's been covered (ignore the search button, just look through each page on each sub-forum that might sound like what you need to do, you should find loads of info) and all other threads.

So you have 2 options then;
1. Read cross-flashing threads, some may choose that route and listen to what people say in that respect - meaning you'll just cross flash a 180hp file onto a 150hp for instant 30hp! These types of threads will state what people have done/tried like that and others have stated possible problems and don't want to say it for the 150th time!
2. Learn the ins and outs, know what the differences are then learn the tuning and then you can do what you want on your own file without worry about immo etc!

If your English isn't good;
1. Look at AUM/AUQ or other cross flash - people have said what works or doesn't. Look through forum, translate in Google etc
2. Spend lot's of time learning to tune - dangers can be parts differences and what ecu calculates, scales in ecu, immo becomes irrelevant then etc as it's your own ecu file and the parts you're using are wrong due to differences between models;

Hope that answers your/other's Q's
