will try to double them and ofs put with - , jdm gave me the value positive but i think it must be negative, correct?
if i apply FR formula for dslgrad for my sensor result a value = (4000-500)/(4.65-0.25) = 795
and for osf had a strage formula in FR
"dslofs = pvdkds(0.4v)-udsl(200hpa)* dslgrad = 200hpa - 0.4v*dslgrad",  STRAGE , no???
but if apply it i have a ofs value = 301 ( positive)
all data for my sensor are in attached pdf

You're wasting your time with this sensor unless you intend to do the corresponding ASM divisions.

i understood that but for the moment i 'm not capable to made asm modification.
like i told you i tried to open ida with my file (splited in 2 parts 64k rom and 960k the rest of file) but something i made wrong, maybe allocation address. i tried with autoscript but not work too
any help from your part will be very very good.

Hi Nyet.
Please can you confirm if i am to the right way with IDA? I loaded and find my launch/nls function (how i defined in tuner pro at AAFEC address , and my valiables start at 17d00)
Looks ok?
Thanks in advance

I started from the justin 5120hack 032hs file (he used 3 bar sensor).
1 . First i used 2.5bar oem auq map sensor with dslgrad = 270.50 and dslofs -8.4. Car starts ok , run not so good like non hack file (the boost is not so high and make it hard) but car works and stay ok at idle. i recreived a vcds error - pressure drop  between manifold ......
2 . I changed my oem map sensor with 4 bar sensor 0281006059 with your adviced values for DSLGRAD 437.5 and DSLOFS 31.25. Car starts ok but after 3-5 seconds when trims begin to work the idle is very bad between 900 and 550. lambda, timing and pressure looks bad in log.
My opinion is DSLGRAD and DSLOFS  are wrong!
If i apply formulas from FR
DSLGRAD = (4000-500)/(4.65-0.25) = 795 and divided by 2 is 397.7272727
DSLOFS = 500hpa - 0.25 * 795 = 301.13 and divided by 2 is 150.56
These 2 values will try tommorow.

Any advice for my situation please!

DSLGRAD = 397.7272727
DSLOFS = 150.56
With these values idle is more stable
It begin to fluctuate after 1 minute after i wrote the flash file , when STFT begin to work
Can be a problem about this sensor because it doesn't know less than 500mb at 0.25V?

Your DSLGRAD and DSLOFS calculations are bad , because you are using wrong MAP calibration.

There are tons of info in this forum but no one reads them.

You have a MAP sensor with
min Voltage =0.4V
max Voltage = 4.65V

Just use correct hPa values for each voltage and you will end with any headache.

i don't think i calculated wrong.
please see attached files
min voltage is 0.25 and max 4.65 with 50 and 400Kpa.
so...?

No chance to make it works.
Tried many values for dslgrad and dslofs......without success
With yours values(DSLGRAD 437.5 dslofs 31.25)idle is between 600-1000 rpm and g71 and pressure drop between..... appears imediatly in vcds!
Idel is more stble with this values dslgrad 411.76 si dslofs 85.27 but when i push a little and fast the acceleration pedal and leave it fast , when go back to idel there again i have a big fluctuation , and again G71 manifold preassure sensor error in vcds.
I measured the sensor voltage and when the sensor is powered without engine start it had 1.09V (at atmo preassure) and with engine start it had 0.1V ( at -0.7 bar vaccum). Very strange value this 0.1V.
Any suggestions ?

As mentioned, because you are using a 4 bar sensor and stock coding only supports 2.5 bar... Computers is expecting a 10kpa change per voltage point.... even though its a 4 bar the computer is still treating it as a 2.5bar.

The 4 bar sensor is UNUSEABLE without the corresponding ASM changes done, as well as the relevant and necessary axis and values scaled accordingly.

You can beat your head on the wall all day trying to chase the DSLGRAD and DSLOFS, but it comes down to the ecu expecting the 2.5bar due to the ASM.

stock is 10kpa denominations, hacked with asm is 20....  so with factory asm by map voltage computer may see 30kpa variation... in actuality due to your sensor range its twice that... so your positive pressure will NEVER line up right.

Hi. Somebody can tell me about values of 2 variables ( pvdkds and udsl) from FR for calculation of DSLOFS.
In FR have example for minimum map sensor values 200hpa with 0.4V. In formula DSLOFS pvdkds=0.4 and udsl=2004. They are minimum values of map or they are constants.
DSLOFS = 200- (0.4*DSLGRAD)

Question is if i have for map sensor 500hpa at 0.5v DSLOFS  will be :
500-(0.5*DSLGRAD)
or
200-(0.4*DSLGRAD)?

Thanks

Please rewrite in terms of an algebra problem and all will become clear.

In FR exists an example for a stock map sensor where minimum for hpa and voltage are 200hpa and 0.4V. Look in the attachement.
Map characteristics for lowest values 200hpa at 0.4v.
DSLOFS = udsl - ( pvdkds 8 DSLGRAD).
In FR (look again in attachemnt) udsl = 200hpa and pvdkds = 0.4v but is not specified if they corespond with lowest map values or their values are constant.
So if i want to change my map sensor who has lower values 500hpa at 0.5v than in DSLGRAD formula i replace udsl with 500hpa and pvdkds with 0.5v or they will remaining 200hpa and 0.4v.
Do you understand now my dear NYET? I think you understood from first time but you like to angry me! Thanks again for your time!

udsl and pvdkds are the minimum hpa and voltage from the sensor specification
