can anyone explain to me how to delete these things?

I had it deleted on my big turbo 1.8... lost a bunch of power it felt like under 3k. Boost control is smoother and i dont get the stupid spike on throttle close.

I have tested this both ways as a skeptic and it really is better keeping it.

I read on the Internet that it was removed, through Tunerpro which maps should be used?
