Hi,

I got a problem with my boost on partitial load until 0,9-1bar everything is fine, but then on partitial load and on WOT boost is pulsing.
WGDC is jumping between 85% and ~60%
I tryed to limit boost with KFLDRL to 85% WGDC and DIMX on WOT because my Turbos can run 2bar+
Does anyone have an idea what can cause this behavior?
Should I maybe set DIMX to 95 in the last row ?

Thanks in advance

Whats load doing? Seems like a load cap ride. If it hits load cap it will pull duty and then feed back causing an oscillation

Wastegates are okay.

its any issue with load, but I am not sure when this starts and why this happens.

have you tuned KFVPDKS/E?

Yes because my Turbos has 0,5bar basespring pressure.

I read this chapter in S4 Wiki many times, because at the beginning I had issues with Throttleplate flapping on less than 0,5 bar.
I divided my new Wastegate pressure value by the old one so I got 1.5/1.3 and then I created a new table in the XDF for the X axis of KFVPDKSD and KFVPDKSE and multiplied the values by 0.15.

Read the boost PID tuning thread.
Or turn off the boost pid totally. Set CWMDAPP to 8 and set fixed duty via KFLDRAPP.

There is nothing to "tune" in KFLDRL or KFLDIMX. These maps are generated from measurements taken.
Until you understand that, better turn the boost pid off.
