And its curious that yesterday when everything was okay, nefmotor could find a device either..
Is the reason behind that ,that i didnt activatet the dump mode in vcds?

okay short update:
my friend has an kkl cable which i plugged in and boom!
nefmotor found an device but the flashing failed at first and then succeded.. im scared to do something.
I flashed without an memory layout and only with the bin file. is that right ?
although i set the BAUD to 38400... how can i see if something went wrong?

You have to specific a memory layout.
Flashing random files you find on the internet is bad and this is exactly why. Get your ECU part number and flash that exact file back on and only edit that file going forward. A VCDS cable never works for me, I always use KKL.

Sweet, that does sound right to my knowledge. EDIT: You must indeed set correct memory layout i misread that part in your post Flashing random files you find on the internet is bad and this is exactly why. Get your ECU part number and flash that exact file back on and only edit that file going forward.
I 100% agree with this! Read fr, s4wiki and do it properly.

You cannot flash anything without choosing memlayout Its literally impossible with nef
Idk you absolutely has no idea what are you doing just a random stuff without sharing any details
post your original ecu hw sw try to connect with vcds. if its ok and ecu responds - flash it with original file if not - run bootmode on a bench with galletto or chiploader app

Discconect the battery for 10 minutes. -Plug battery back -turn the inginition ON -Flash stock ori map -Turn ignition OFF -Turn ignition ON -Start car BDW: if both files are 1Mb, crosh flash schould work without problems. Traverse engines most off them are croshflasheble
eeprom differences some are not cross flashable without the proper eeprom. example 032hn v001 and 032hn v002. if you cross flash those it will brick after a few key cycles

Depending on location immo 2 euro pre 2001 immo3 2001 on the US is mainly immo 2 upto 2003
this is incorrect. AWW engine code was the only a chassis 1.8t that was immo2 02-05 was immo 3 (awp engine code) the 2001 180 model 1.8t was a awp too and that was immo 3. Info gathered from personal experience

Because the file does not match the EEP. Like I said, flash the file that belongs on the ECU, not files people tell you 'might' work.

Sounds right ,
How can i check if the bin file is fitting for my ecu ?
I mean which parameters do i need to compare for and where can i get them?

It literally says on the ECU, that's to my knowledge the only way to be 100% certain. It'll have a number such as 06A906032(xx) and a software version underneath that number such as 0001, 0002, 0003. Find that file, flash it onto your car and it should be back to normal.
