Im use autotech hpfp internal on my 2.0 tfsi BWA engine.
After some searching im set my file for 125 bar.

The Problem:
If i run on wot the ecu not always request the 125 bar. Sometime 110 bar max, sometime 125 bar max.

I make changes on following maps:

kfprsolhks
kfprsolhmm
kfprsolhom
kfprsolkh
kfprsolsch
klprmax

Im miss some maps?

IMO maybe the reason is a faulty LPFP, filter, PRV.....

So make a log 2/230/246! Wink

you will get random fuel pressure if you run in full boost.
You miss a map !!

How a faulty LPFP can change your requested rail pressure by ECU?

BTW:
Do two logs @ WOT from 2500rpm to rpm limiter
then two logs @ WOT from 1500rpm to rpm limiter

If you see which is the issue , i will tell you how to solve it.

IMO maybe the reason is a faulty LPFP, filter, PRV.....

So make a log 2/230/246! Wink
