hi guys I'm a little bit tired already, and would be very thankfull if anybody would find a time to look into my file. I feel during every WOT, that something is 'holding up' the setup and is not letting him run full potential. In general: BAM with rods, big port head, J cam, 3,5" MAF, K04-064 turbo, 525, Walbro, IC etc Fueling in 5%, IAT temps maks +10 more then outside, so I'm not putting this logs here. Here are 2 logs where is already noticable, that throttle and ignition are playing around, load on 114 is waaaay under specified on the top and I have no more ideas what to do to 'free' this setup It happens most after vvt switch, here over 5k. here for comparison two logs on previous map - with same KFZW in map and less boost on DHBN made a lot better overall timing angle but this 'parachute' passing next rpms on WOT was noticable too. So that means for me, that something is holding this crap down Or I am wrong? Soo you can invest a 1000€ in engine, but 10$ cable(cable that will save your engine) is problem to buy for more than 1 year?

invest is not an issue. Till the time I was sure, that logging thru vcds is enough for me, that's all. Don't be mean... "j" is a sign on a cam, such 'names' we are using in europe. This is a cam from NA ADR big port engine. Exhaust is stock, Intake is from ADR. Lambda is on point and that's why I didn't want to put to many infos in topic. 0,83 on 3k to 0,79 on top, with almost 0 trims. MAF readings - overall as I'm watching 064 setups for 5 years always were about 210-220. And this about 220gram was making around 330. But mine for sure don't have 330. That's why I'm looking for help.

Hmm you think so? I've tuned one stock bottom end and stock CR 1.8t in Polo on k03s hybrid - the same setup on stock head and then with big port and ADR cam. Even with such small turbo gain was enormously good, 20gram whole range, 'eats' 20* timing totally happy, makes around 280bhp on 98 and stock manifold. Talked with two other tuners and both said, that they can not find any real mistakes in my soft, logs are looking good...Will see. Already bought an cable on atmega proc so probably I will upload some real logs after the weekend.

You have to watch out with the N/A cams, you cant use both, and your choice will depends on the cam revision you have, the specs should be out there for almost all cams plug them into an overlay and try to not have much overlap on boost, if u got VVT then its even better.
