Car is B5 A4 fwd without  CAN, ASR, or ESP.

18014 - Rough Road/Engine Torque Signal from ABS
            P1606 - 35-00 - Electrical Malfunction

Keep getting this code while taking care of differences of equipment after wideband turbo ecu swap, also had the standart Instrument cluster missing message, which was taken care of using CW_CAN_R ofcourse.

Also ECU is correctly coded for the config, aswell as the instrument, did not check the ABS module yet but it is as it was before.
Anyone managed to figure this out? Search showed that some people on the S4's had this issue with no real solution, is this just an ABS module mismatch? As long as ABS works fine like before it should not be an issue anyway.

Cheers.

Yes , however I would want to take of it properly instead of disabling DTCs. Why is it still expecting a signal?

Update on this:
This error can be hidden/ solved via the codeword CDSWE.

Why:
This error is related to the function DSWEC, per FR google translate:

Code:
The task of the %DSWEC is to use the transmitted wheel acceleration bsc
to recognize. As soon as a bad stretch of road is detected, the B_swe bit is set, whereupon e.g.
detection is temporarily hidden (see also %DMDSTP). The blanking is necessary because bad roads
Drive train vibrations can lead to an incorrect detection of misfires.

Basically it tries to detect "bad road" sections to detect drivetrain NVH because it could interfere with misfire detection. Safe to say if you dont have misfire detection or you dont have a CAN car/setup, you need to disable this function to get rid of this error.
