Hey. Is there any way of solving this jerking problem during braking and downshifting ? ECU does not "blip" the throttle, thus engine speed increases forcefully when engaging the clutches. Thanks.

Actually newer cars/transmissions blip throttle only during ZG shift, and ZG shift is only for sport mode.
On most cars D has ZG shift completely disabled, there is no throttle blip. And there is no bucking going on.

Your problem is probably bad calibration of KFMIRL/KFMIOP and friction torque in the ECU.

Reduce the downshift gradient and spend some time with stuff like LSD and ARMD in the ECU... It has nothing to do with throttle blipping nor is it needed.

Thank you !
Maybe you also know how to figure out possible coding variants for a me7 flash file ? Or what CAN parameters to change so that the ECU is happy about its coding with a DQ250. Now ECU has bad coding DTC and ESP light is on because of that. Because as I understand, just removing that DTC wont solve the ESP light ON.

No, it's not ABS. My ABS is from TT mk1 3.2 DSG. When I disconnect the DSG fuse, there are no more coding DTC's in ECU and abs stops telling me that ECU is coded incorrectly. Its obviously the ECU's coding fault, thats triggered when DSG starts sending info on CAN.

Sounds like your ECU software is not for an automatic gearbox then.
In this case no wonder that it does not work right...

You need to get software that is stock for autobox... or there is a lot of things to change to convert from auto to manual.

Yes, now engine is coded as 6 spd. manual, but I've previously tried all possible variants from this post and nothing worked for me. Coding was changed in eeprom directly. No thoughts ? Also, ignore the AWD no communication and databus defective faults, it's because of a faulty haldex ecu. Engine ECU doesnt care if AWD is connected or not, no coding faults because of that - I tested. http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=14121.0

HN HJ etc. files not working for me, no start and engine blocked by immo fault code, even with immo off. Coding DTC still present with AUTO coding. I've also tried LQ tiptronic file, it worked by not complaining about bad coding, but still engine was blocked by immobiliser, wich is nonsense. Maybe you why it's like this ? Need other eeprom ?

Then you aint immo off'd properly/only immo off'd current flash. I have x-flashed HN file on longitudinal ecu's without a single issue, with immo off ofcourse.
Obviously you should probably rather use an Auto/hardware matching file ofcourse.

I flashed my file back, took out transponder from key and it started fine. My immo off is good. Found HJ eeprom, it seems to be quite different from mine. I'll try it.

Update. Success, LQ tiptronic file now works with HJ? golf eeprom, no more coding errors. My previous 1ML flash file also works, dunno why, but throws coding DTC ofcourse.
How hard would it be to transfer fueling/ignition/boost maps from a stock 225hp file to this 180hp ?
