Hi! Currently i'm struggling with my dsg DQ250 on my audi s3 8p. I've had a dsg rebuild (new flywheel, new oem clutch pack, cleaned mechatronics, new filters, oil, etc.) After rebuild, if i use more than 60% throttle, the car "push/pulls" between shifts.
No clicking sound or anything, just the little stopping between gears at high load.

Any idea whats the problem?

I have stock ECU and TCU software.


The car is stock except a decat downpipe, lambda(1) is on the car still, lambda(2) is not connected, and it throws check engine light also. Can it be the problem? I thought lambda(2) is only for correction and the lambda(1) is what really matters.

+1: Anyone knows what is the standard clutch pressure? The car only pulls above 10-10.5bar clutch pressure, its very smooth with 9.5 bar, same torque logged at both pressures (370nm), just higher throttle

Did you run all the adaptations on the gearbox? Kiss point adaptation, and others?

If so, then replace mechatronic unit.

Sorry for that. I dont know where to post it. I thought the "Tuning" is the right place because i want to know whats the standard clutch pressure, and the car is have a little more torque, and i dont know, how the stock software responds to that.

And yes, i did all the adaptations both witch vcds and odis.

Then the mecha unit is bad, most likely the valves are worn out of tolerances, so either someone has to put a repair kit in or you need a new one. Probably cheaper to get another mecha unit than to repair this one.
Also of course before doing that do a pressure test and make sure you don't have any boost leaks or issues with diverter.

And no, your gearbox does not have "too little pressure" nor does your exhaust make any measurable difference in torque. There is a larger difference when driving in cold vs hot weather.
Stop overthinking it.

Thread belongs to "diagnostics". This is nothing to do with "tuning", it's normal maintenance of the vehicle.
And even for diagnostics you should take and post logs instead of describing the feeling of your ass, because that is completely useless.
Could be fucked engine mounts from what you are describing or literally anything else.

To me sounds like the correct answer is bring it to workshop and pay them money to fix it, since this seems way beyond your skill set to diagnose.
