Hello,
I destroyed my ecu.
Unfortunately no one could help me, so I bought a new one - yes new - for €1500.
The delivery time is long so I would like to try something on the broken one.
I got two original files, but they are very different.

Can someone send me a checked original file?
Or better a full backup file.
If you like you can also check the eeprom file.

The price for brand new ecu ist 1300€ in the moment and it seems you are located in germany. There are a lot of advanced "tuner" workshops.

Anyway how did you destroy it? I expect playing with china tools...?

I know it was my fault.  First I read and flashed the ecu with kess clone on obd.  The car started without errors.  After four days the car no longer started.  The ecu was no longer accessible with vcds.  Next I tried with FC CG200 on bench.  That didn `t work.  I could only read the ecu with pcm flash at bootmode.  But I think the data is bad.

the seller of the new ecu is "oemvwshop"

Is the ecu destroyed or is it just not working in the car and not reachable via obd?
bench and boot is working?

I think it's broken.  It is not possible to read on bench or OBD.  I think the yellow converters are broken. They are a little brown.

Bench and bootmode hardware wise use the same logic for communications.
The only exception (depending on TPROT version) is that in some cases bootmode does not require signals on the crank/cam sensors.

So I would say most likely the ECU is not physically broken.
Also on TriCore you can't just write a full backup in, because the EEPROM is encrypted by the OTP.

Simplest way is probably make the whole cal block 0xFF and then try if it goes into CBOOT, and most likely you can just flash a stock FRF into it.

Or you can adapt new ECU to the car, for that you need someone with ODIS and GeKo access.

Hello,
finally I bought a used Med17.5 and removed the immobilizer, because the waiting time for the new ecu was very long. 
It was able to read the broken ecu with another tool in boot mode.That's the only way to get the pin code. 
In this way I was able to train the new ecu with vcds to my car and I was happy.
