Hey!

After successfully removing immo on a Citroen ME7.4.6 ecu the car finally runs but it refuses to rev. Seems to be some kind of limp mode showing P0501 error code, which has to do with the vehicle speed sensor.
It's kind of expected since he has removed almost everything connected in the car to prepare it for folkrace/autocross, including ABS/ECS.

I've been googling and scrolling through Ida Pro and Winols for days but i'm not sure where to begin to find anything related to the error code or VSS.

Anyone got any hints or suggestions on where to look to get the ecu to be happy without ECS/speed sensor?

All tips and pointers is appreciated as the the documentation available online for ME7.4.6 seems to be sparse.

I told you the label you need to change, if you don't have a def for this or a similar ECU it might be somewhat difficult to find it.

Yea, that's kinda the problem. Can barely find anything for this one.

Thinking of maybe just emulating the VSS message on canbus instead.

Thank you for the symbol.

On ME7 the code is very similar.
There's ME7.4.5 damos floating around at least.

Hi, NBN the parameter you are looking for is nmaxnl it's set to 1200rpm. Is that what your being limited at?
Nmaxdv and nmaxdvg are both set to 6500. If you send me your SW version I can edit it for you and even give you the address in your sw. PSA tend to make X3 sw versions for each ECU hw no. Undecided

NMAXNL is used when there is an error with crank sensor, not when there is an issue with VSS.
