I tune my Leon 1,9tdi ALH 66kw...I have nozzles powerplus764(0.226) and intake into turbo from ARL(airbox, maf housing, aluminium pipe)..Car is smoke and much eat  Smiley

I rewrite smoke limiter with axis from ARL into my file-car is running better, but it still smoke, boost is 1,25bar..

What I have yet to try?

change pump voltage map to less volts, you can also change dw axis and begin of injection, log it also,

Hi!

You have to recalibrate the MAF-linearization or switch to MAP-based smoke limiter.

When switching to MAP-based smoke limiter you also have to enable EGR because of incorrect MAF-reading (should not be a great problem).

The next thing is to recalibrate the pump voltage map + SOI maps and also to extend the IQ axis - otherwise you will never get it running properly.

Regards

You have to change some values in the hexdump and to "adapt" at least the "MAP vs IQ" - smoke map. You can use old 1,9TDI VP37 damos - everything is in there Wink.
If you want to do it oem-like, you also have to adapt a second map - "IAT vs MAP" - correction map. The more IAT, the less airmass is sucked at same manifold pressure => at higher IAT your car will smoke.

I'll try to find something on the switch Map-based smoke limiter,I hope that I find something about it,because I´ve done it before.
When I use the VP37 damos,so all maps are crazy  Sad

I attached the ori file
