Do we have to change any maps if we put bigger ic? (I mean any maps, that are corrections/caclulations in intake air or similar)

You shouldn't.

If you run big turbos with locked KFLDRL though, you might have to lower the PID in there as better flowing ICs will result in higher boost output of turbo.... but why not benefit from that running higher boost as the turbo is working exactly as before just providing more CFMs due to higher efficiency?
