7.1.1 immo-off
« on: February 25, 2013, 09:23:40 PM »
This file will work in allroads/a6's equipped with the BEL engine and ME7.1.1 ecu. File is off, and vin/immo id fields have been filled with placeholders (your vin here/immo id here). Flash as is, or use a hex editor to insert your vin.

Hey DD, if I open this in the hex editor in tunerpro, can I just FF out the "Your Vin Here" without consequences? Are there checksum's that need fixed if its gets FF'd?
Tunerpro's hex editor lets me do it, but I haven't been able to test the results. Thanks

I attached the file. Really wish I had a better way of editing these. What program is best? WinOLS?

Yes, there are checksums! Somewhere around here is 95040check.exe which will fix the sums.
