Sounds like a immo problem. Does the file that you flashed match the original ECU file of yours? i.e software version, ecu number?

Ok well firstly did you back up your original file? If so flash it back and make sure you car starts ok.
I am not familiar with Tonys tune but post your original file and im sure one of the top dogs on here will see if its a match.
ECU's have numbers like for example, a Golf AUM engine might have a ECU number of 06A906018HJ and a Seat Cupra may have 06A906018MJ. Some can be cross flashed (not recommended) and work while it can cause your car not to start.
This may not be your case and i am a novice user but try what I said and see if it works.
Also they have different software versions even though same ECU number.

Does your hardware match? Same MAF, injectors, etc?

Does the battery have enough juice? Sometimes things can get overlooked. If not I'm not sure. Huh

Are you writing half a file, as in the wrong memory layout?

Definitely. Have you been able to recover it at all? Chances are you need to desolder it and put a stock chip in.
