cool .. is it the china one .. and what about the software where i can get it ? i found VAG K+CAN Commander 1.4 on ebay .. is it the same ? and where can i find 2.5 if not .. thank you

VAG K+CAN Commander 2.5 successfully retrieved my SKC, using a cheap ebay KKL cable - same as I use for Nefmoto.
Haha, thank you man. Confirem. $15 dollar cable works fine with the widely available to download Vag commander 2.5. I just hacked into my cluster without any problem and got the log in code... and changed couple other items needed to experiment with certain tuning software that pulls off VIN # from cluster to validate license... ahhaha. Cheers. |

Haha, thank you man. Confirem. $15 dollar cable works fine with the widely available to download Vag commander 2.5. I just hacked into my cluster without any problem and got the log in code... and changed couple other items needed to experiment with certain tuning software that pulls off VIN # from cluster to validate license... ahhaha. Cheers. dude .. i know im just like pain in the ass because i ask silly quastions .. hahaha and the reason that im pretty student beside u for that kinda stuff hahah but whats the differance between the interface u use and the orignal hex can for vcds ? or its the same ? and abou the software i downloaded it from 4shared .. and its zipped file .. i tried to try it but its didnt work .. do u think i have to connect it first for interface to work ? thank you |

i downloaded the file vag commander 2.5 on 4shared by carlossus hhaha .. man really thank you so much for ur help .. you even uploaded the file online .. i hope u will help me more after i will try the whole thing tomorow .. thanx again and i will be appriciated if u tell me how to use it .. is it just to click on motor(open channel) then immo then i choos the immo type .. then read .. tell me if im right and what is the next step plz .. thank you |

New screen will appear, hit "Read". When finished, a box called "PIN" will have a 4 digit value. This is your SKC code. From here I am no sure, I believe you'd have to go to ECU now and somehow adapt it using the SKC code (prefixed with '0' if 5 digits are needed). I am sure that if you search on google you will find your answers to this one. |

I seriously try not to flame people but please read at least first 5 pages on each forum here, especially one post where somebody actually posted whole guide before you post something like this. Maybe then you can ask question worth answering in length... dude i tried that .. i couldnt get my answer ... the car i have is 2001 a4 1800T . and the problem is immo code which i cant get .. now im working on vag commander ..and i folowed the steps but it didnt connect to my and the interface i used is the same interface for vcds by ross-tech .. do u think i have to use another kind of interface and then i will be able to connect ? i will appriciat ur help .. thank you Also, list you car model/year re immobilizer. |
