Ok... I really feel stupid now... When I went back and looked, I had read the wrong digits in the bin.. SHouldn't the ECU PIN be 5390?
Also, I didn't check my battery voltage.. Sitting in the car, ignition on, engine off, for three hours.... Makes the battery voltage kinda low... It was at 10.06VDC.. It's a new battery too... Go figure...

You should have your car on a battery charger when you're doing flash operations. Losing voltage in the middle of an operation is a good way to brick an ECU...
