Well looks like no matter what, first thing is first and I have to figure out how to get these pins or "skc's" Let me focus on that then I'll hit these boards again. I will still be logged in and open to any suggestions in the meanwhile so leave a comment. Thanks again guys.

***UPDATE*** Found a guy about 20 minutes away from me who was somehow able to transplant all the info from one ecu to the other in about 3 hours and it worked like a charm!!! Car started up no problem and no check engine light.  Grin

How did you do that? Desold and Swap the immo chip or something else?

Better late than never, but yes the guy basically cloned the info from one to the other. The main issue on the original ecu was that it was loosing ground.

I think dealer can swap this ECU for 1 minute. At least EDC16 can be swapped, Simos6 is the same generation.
