I've accidentally screwed up (unknowingly modified) a couple cells in the upper left hand corner of IOP (low load, low rpm) before and it caused some wacky idle issues.

IRL/IOP relationship?
Don't think so from what I can see in the log

Mine was nothing like that.  It was like a 150 rpm fluctuation max.  Yours is pretty crazy, up past 2,500rpm!

Slightly more advanced ignition in idle territory might have helped a little bit. The car has lowered compression.
It would still be nice if I got some more hints from the log. Thank you

Which ecu? What has been done on the hardware side?

7.1  . Bigger turbo, lowered compression, injectors

Turbo won't affect idle.  How low, and what injectors, what is your scaling?

Lower than most :-) and the horrible (@idle for some people) 630cc  Tongue (but to me it does not look like tvub/temin problem) . Scaling could be off but still, why does this situation not occur every day? I've yet to find something like tmot or tans that would put me in a bad place in a table. It just happens sometimes. And shouldn't be to hard to see in log if scaling was the problem?
While I now after this log have advanced ignition I also lowered KFMRES since the ignition changes to smoothen idle are quite big as can be seen in log with ecuxplot. Where do I adjust PID settings for idle?
In OP attached log I've tried to get as many idle relevant bits and values logged as I possibly could.
