no need to buy any tool; only mod 2 bytes. I'll post a tutorial soon.

Well that's the edc17

Edit I've just checked a couple of MED17 maps and its the same

Look for string

4f 2e 76 2c 8e 28 2b 3c and then the change 2b 3c to 00 00

If someone is interested, i buyed/have the (i think) full c-source code of a MED17 ecu including all classes, compiler-outputs, a2l, damos, hex-files etc
Attached are two screenshots from the source - tprot based.
