First of all I'm not new here, I know how to do boot mode and use most tools available on the forum.
I've flashed a file by mistake to my car driven it to work and then got a no start, done this before but usually outside the house and I just remove the ecu and boot mode flash.
Is there any other way around this, as Nefmoto flasher does not connect because of the non-corrected file.

I had this happen to me a couple of times by mistake. What I found to work for me was to unplug the battery, then unplug the ECU and let it sit for a few minutes (10-15 minutes worked for me). Then you should be able to plug the ECU and battery back in and connect via nefmoto. DO NOT try to start the car again until you flash your old file back.

Ok I'll give that a try, It would save me a bit of to and fro in work.
I'm guessing that is on a B5 A4, mines a B6.

Yes, my experience is with a b5 s4, but I would assume it would work the same on the b6. Let me know if it does!
