To be honest, I'm surprised it held up that long. Nothing to do with the hardware, more rather you running lambda 1 at leaner and huge amounts of boost at the early stages...

Thanks..... I dont even know what you mean by "running lambda 1 at leaner and huge amounts of boost at the early stages". Elaborate. It is unfortunate, but you are probably thinking of my first motor. That one definately showed signs of fueling and timing issues. This motor, when taken apart was still very nice. Piston tops were pristine with very little carbon, spark plugs were brownish...all six...

Ah, you're on the third motor now. I thought it was still the first one...
I just remember towards start of the thread I was looking at some logs and wondering "hmm, I wonder how long this engine will still be in one piece after that".
