Don't use ME 7 tuner wizard. tune KFMIOP and KFMIRL by your own.
Anyway, Log rlsol_w,rlmx_w,rlmax_w,misopl1_w,mifa_w,misol_w,miszul_w ,plsol,mrfa_w and rl
Then we can help you

guys I have problem propably with torque intervention in low load...

I made KFMIOP and KFMIRL in ME 7 tunner wizard... seems to be bad calculated?

thanks!

ME7Tuner wizard only provides rough approx, or you didnt set up KFMIRL properly anyway. torque intervention in low load comes max allowable torque from that pedal pos, (60>% ), log them value and report back.

I optimalized KFMIOP and KFMIRL tables and sticking is gone Smiley

but still cant get engine load higher....

engine load corrected and charge limit turbo protection are limiting me Sad

please log throttle plate angle, accelator position and RPM, without that variables logs are not usable

thanks, most time its WOT...
I forget to log rpm......

but you can see that chargelimit protection is limiting me?

but I edited KFLDHBN almost twice...

Do you know what HBN does , or how it works ? Its max pressure ratio based on RPM and IAT axes. LDRXN is a load limiter. Load in me7 is a defined thing , so it takes iat, vvt and other stuff into account. HBN doesnt. Its also not a % map, like you said a few posts back.

thanks...I am looking at that LDRXN and its

171   173   174   176   177   178   178   179   179   179   172   167   165   163   162   157

so at higher RPM its going down...Cheesy so propably its OK..I just have high rpm ...

its supposed to go down. You need to understand basic turbocharging principles. You need to look up a compressor map for the KO3. Supposed to taper the ko3 towards high rpm because else you gonna run off the map or be in very bad efficiency islands.

You need to rescale axis  and values of KFMIOP that is what it is limiting you. AWT only allows load of the highest of the KFMIOP axis (145 in stock).
There are some ecus which behaves like this and AWT is surely one of them.
