Hello, i'm still trying to use my vcds genuine cable to run with me7logger.

Can anyone of you help me? Cable under control panel is in Human Interface Device (Ross-Tech v2 ...)
Can't select com port etc...

Any tips ?

From what I can tell the latest gen RossTech cables are not FTDI r232 compatible.

just install the vcp mode drivers by ross tech and you will have a virtual com port

its documented in here somewhere

That hasn't always worked for me on recent cables YMMV

recent cables it doesn't work reliably if at all. on the hex+usb older (unlimited vin cables) it works fine. even with my Chinese clone one
