1.8T 20V seat ibiza fr stock egine with gt28rs turbocharger, siemens deka 630cc and 80mm maf. Program: lamda requests 11.4 AFR and 12o ignition timing. I think something is wrong with the engine... Wot box is removed and cables are soldered together. 3 old ignition coils one new beru at 2nd cylinder. New spark plugs.

A new log the problem looks more clear. I mean can the car works with 3 degrees ignition? Your opinion is very welcome

use me7 logger naturally and log a standard set of variables. VCDS logs tell us exactly nothing except that the car is cutting RPMs like crazy?

New ME7logger logs are attached. 3rd 4th & 5th gears. Please your opinions.
edit: Just came home and look more closely the logs. On those logs the problem look to be on 3rd cylinder. [ .ecu file was reviewed again and fzabg_w pointers { fzabg_w_0 , {CountMisfireCyl1}, fzabg_w_2 {CountMisfireCyl2}, fzabg_w_3 , {CountMisfireCyl3}, fzabg_w_1 , {CountMisfireCyl4} } are ok on cfg file { dwkrz_0 IgnitionRetardCyl1 dwkrz_2 IgnitionRetardCyl2 dwkrz_3 IgnitionRetardCyl3 dwkrz_1 IgnitionRetardCyl4 fzabg_w_0 MisfireCyl1 fzabg_w_2 MisfireCyl2 fzabg_w_3 MisfireCyl3 fzabg_w_1 MisfireCyl4 } ].
VCDS logs are pointing cylinder 2. Cant understand! (perhaps the programs maps differently cylinder's position?)

12 degrees at what rpm? it does not move with the rpm? the log shows way to late ignition in the upper revs.

KFZW at 180% engine load or more: 10.50 @ 4000 10.50 @ 4520 11.25 @ 5000 11.25 @ 5520 12.00 @ 6000 13.50 @ 6520 and upper KFZW2 is 2 degrees more at same rpms. Know that there is a late ignition problem but why? Cylinder 3 knock voltage is too high. Probably that cause the ignition drop but why? Spark plug? Changed, same behavior. Ignition coil? Just changed haven't measured it yet. Knock sensor? Values of knock sensors are defaults, never touched. Forgot to mention that DTCs were stored after log for: Knock sensor G61 signal too high Oxygen sensor B1 S1 something wrong dont remember it N249 malfunction.

log knock voltage at idle etc. From the looks of it though the sensor is reading too high for that cylinder. Do you have one or two sensors? What car is that? If you have only one sensor and it is reading high on one cylinder... you might have mechanical problems with cylinder slap hence the knock-like readouts on it.

Two knock sensors. First, G61, is for cylinders 1 & 2, second ,G66, is for cylinders 3 & 4. Seat ibiza MK4 1.8T 20V.
Meaning the piston moves side to side? Compression ratio is almost the same to all cylinders. No oil or water burn. Also any explanation why VCDS reveals retards on cylinder 2 and me7logger on cylinder 3?

it is a matter of labeling, the cylinder #.
Move injectors around, lazy injector will cause less fuel coming to its cylinder and increase knock due to leaner AFRs.

I ll do it and post.
But injectors were measured and were ok before 1000-1500km.
So on which cylinder is the problem located? 2 or 3 ?

ME7 might list cylinder firing order while VCDS usually shows cylinder order in the block. You'll have to find out mapping for your engine yourself.
