Anybody got a 300BHP verified ME7.5 BAM VisualMElooger log preferably with the 5120 hack applied.

I need to compare with my running logging before taking to dyno.

Thanks

On a K04?  I doubt it.

Nope, hybrid with a load of other mods.

Just need a verified log so I can confirm I'm in the right ballpark before going to the dyno.

Why?  What variables are you looking to see?  Any engine other than yours exactly will have different results.

It's just for ballpark comparisions;

- MAF
- MAP
- EGT
- AIT
- AFR
- Calculated HP
- Calculated Torque
- ETC

Not expecting it to be the same.

Not verified... but they say 252g/s ~ 315 @ flywheel

Stock turbo & actuator on 156,000 miles

Seems way too good to be true and I don't believe it's accurate, I'll get her on a dyno at some point this year.

No EGT probe (converted APX) and I'm not at all happy about fuelling but ignore that

Cheers I'll compare to my latest, attached.

Not sure how accurate the G/S estimate is as timing can make a lot of differance.

Are you running WMI or something as the IAT is going down not up?

Also to my knowledge the stock turbo (K04) & injectors should top out around 280 hp on a good day (boost leak?).

Something doesn't look 100% correct, may be someone else with more experience can comment further.

No WMI, just a big intercooler. Quite normal for IAT to drop for a short while after opening the throttle.. if mine were a 4th gear pull, the profile would look more similar to yours.

Injectors are not stock Smiley

Has yours been on a dyno? Pretty similar in terms of acceleration (yeah, I know that's a crap comparson if we're not logging on the same piece of tarmac in the same conditions)

K04 have 0.18CFM max acording to commpresor MAP.
That mean on temperature 0 C° near sea level it will get 230+ g/s
At 35 C° it will drop under 210 g/s

Flow of turbo is given in cubic feet, so you need air density to convert it to air mass. And difference betwen -5 C°  in winter and 35-40° at summer is huge in mass flow of that small turbo
