Setup:

OEM Parts
------------
2.7t AGB
FPR S4 B5 (4 Bar)
MAF S4 B5
Throttle body S4 B5

Tuning Parts
--------------
Bigger charge-air cooler
630cc EV14 Bosch injectors
Bigger turbocharger
Bigger exhaust manifold
Intake manifold RS4 B5

I have the following two issues:

- IntakeManifoldAbsolutePressure (ps_w) is higher than ActualBoostPresure (pvdkdsl_w)
- MassAirFlowAtThrottlePlate (msdk_w) is higher than actual MassAirFlow (mshfm_w)

The forum entry http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=14012.msg113563#msg113563 discusses my problems.

According to nubcake I have to adjust all *WDK* maps first:
Basically:
1) ... set WDK maps close enough.

Does this mean that I should adjust the KFWDKMSN and WDKUGDN maps? And what does "close enough" mean?

Your throttle body is stock so KFWDKMSN and KFMSNWDK do not need to be modified.
For msdk_w there is only WDKUGDN.

About ps_w everything is written in that post.

Hi prj

Thank you for answering me so quickly. I will read the relevant part of the FR again, try to make the necessary changes and get back to you here if I come across any problems of understanding.

URL/PRG to adjust VE.

My current understanding is that changes in KFURL have a greater impact on ps_w than changes in KFPRG. But both have an impact on ps_w.

I would like to know if I should only make adjustments to KFURL? Or if I should only adjust KFPRG first. Which is better in your experience?

What you wrote makes absolutely zero sense.
KFURL * KFPBRK + KFPRG is the formula. It's basic school math.

Thank you for your feedback.

I'll ask my question differently: what criteria do you use to decide whether to adjust the values of KFURL or KFPRG so that ps_w reaches the desired value?
