KRKATE for RS4 in 2.0TFSi engine = 0.02361ms/%

I give you this also as the gift. Setting this value you will work fine but you will face
Cold start problems due to wrong injectors lag
Black smoke from tail pipe due to wrong injection angle

Recalibrate injectors lag
Recalibrate injection angle
Recalibrate injection pulsation correction map (final injection correction map) - Used for fine tune everything

This is it and you are 99% ready to without almost any diesel style exhaust gases!

A minor change for cold start in cold mornings lower than 10*C (if you want to be the perfect one)

bigger MAF housing should be 101% perfect calibrate it. If it is your first time, you can put the Stock air box in the engine

cheers,
Fotis

I got it from ebay 4 years ago.

If you get this book, the job is easier to understand how to recalibrate the injectors.

Unfortunately it is 2013 and many people are still lost in the maps without knowledge about how a Direct Injection system works etc

This blue bosch book is a must for any tuner working on Motronics!

Hi,

I was looking through the RS4 file that is attached in here, to compare the Injection Angles.
But since I have no Damos file for RS4. Could someone confirm following things ?

Start adress 1D9699 and second table 1D9737
8x20 table in 8 bit
Factor  0.75 x Eprom +240

I have not found any axis yet. Should be the RPM / Air Intake Mass I guess ? Can anyone point me out the aproximate (or exact) location of the axes ?

As far as I can see now, Injection start angle is quite a bit lower on RS4 than it is on TFSI. (300 iso 310 at low rpm, 360-370 iso 420 at high rpm) and Closing angle difference is way more pronounced. 120° iso 50° at high rpm.

As I haven't tried. Concerning the Flap removal. Do you just check which diagnostics are run (item after LBKSOL in FR) and set them accordingly in order to remove Flap Runner faults and the Check engine light ? Will  removing the codewords on its own cure the bad coldstarts ? or is more needed ?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

...

I'd like to know the name of these maps ... can anyone tell me please?

The 3rd should be FKKVS , but the 1st and 2nd? KFBHO.... ?

For now MAF housing 70mm and FKKVS is OEM

Interestingly enough, LTFT is around %2  when using s3 injectors with OEM MAF (KRKATE 0.029)
