So you are planning to run AUQ software on your AMU ecu?

Here is a 018K file attached: http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=267.msg1422#msg1422

Best and well defined file for AUQ is 032HN, you will find all you need here.

What exactly have you chanced? I think there are some differences like wideband for example.

Daft question; but the AUQ file is 1024kb; how is that going to work?

DO NOT FLASH THAT FILE TO YOUR ECU. It will fail to boot after! They are not compatible from a hardware standpoint.

ddillenger thx for advice

the problem is simple, some idiots do this:
car was AMU engine block with amu injectors k04 turbo etc.some idiots changed the engine block with AUQ but the injectors , turbo, ecu hw and sw is from AMU

the compression for this two engines is differend...i find on web

i don`t know why this car not make boost with ori file (attached log with ori file)

with a remapped file at 1.2bar boot the pressure is almost same requested/actual

Please post compression ratio if you found it already online.
post ori file and log with me7logger.

If the compression is now higher you most likely will see ignition retard.
where are you located? what fuel ron?
Hardware okay? if some idiots did the mechanical part i would check the timing belt.

You cannot flash an AUQ file onto that ECU.

Personally, I'd continue swapping the AUQ stuff out and have the loom, injectors and ECU.  The ECU is wideband and offers much more potential.

If not, tune the AMU one.

If the pressure for requested/actual is the same, then it is a file issue, not a hardware issue.  Find the file issue.  Having no logs here is useless too; how can we help if you give us no data?

thx for help everyone
compression ratio on auq engine block is 9.5:1 and from amu is 9:1
i don t have me7logger and i not know how to use this software...
i use vcds to make logs on grup 20-timing correction / 115-req pressure and actual pressure/002-maf
maf value is max 120g/s and diff between reqested pressure and actual pressure is too big
STAMP    /min    %    ms    g/s   STAMP   °KW   °KW   °KW   °KW   STAMP    /min    %    req mbar    actual mbar

24.9          6080    106   14.76 122.6124.3   0   0   0   0.8   24.6       6040   106            1740                 1470

i use normal 95octane fuel

should buy a new maf?
why is so big difference between reqested and actual pressure?
why my pressure is max 1470mbar, and ecu request 1740? (after i put a remap file always pressure request/actual is almost the same)

i attached vcds logs with original AMU software

Please provide ME7Logger logs if possible

Compression ratio is not the issue here.

i don t have me7logger and i not know how to use this software...
Get it, its well documented.  It works really well.

i use vcds to make logs on grup 20-timing correction / 115-req pressure and actual pressure/002-maf
What about N75 DC?  Stop using VCDS to log; once you get ME7Logger to work, you'll see that it's the best thing in the world.

i use normal 95octane fuel
US?  Europe?  Why so low?

should buy a new maf?
Don't buy random hardware.

why is so big difference between reqested and actual pressure?
What is your N75 DC?  Do you have boost leaks?  Smoke checked?

why my pressure is max 1470mbar, and ecu request 1740? (after i put a remap file always pressure request/actual is almost the same)

What have you done to this "remap" file?  What's changed?  What is the request/actual?  Is it too low?  What's the engine load/N75 DC?

If you're requesting 1800mbar and you're only seeing 1300mbar and your N75 DC is 95%, you have hardware issues.  If not, you have software issues.

You keep talking about this "remap" file.  What's been changed?  Even post that up.

What's changed?  Where's N75 DC?  Why are you not logging with ME7Logger?  What gear are you in?  What's TPS?  Your ignition retard is absolutely massive.  Fix this.

Where's your fuelling?  We can't see what mixture you have/requesting/getting.

I have seen some bad files in my time.

This "mod" is the worst.
