Hi,

Very interesting thread. Spent few days trying to read up, and currently on page 150/192 phew Smiley

I have a xc70 2.5T 2004 file which I cannot find any information (xdf or ols) for, I'm looking at the file because I want to know where the limitation is for removing the abs-fuse.
It's an old a-tractor modded ecu but it won't pass MOT today because of too high speed (32kmh) and unknown how and why it is not possible to rev / drive the car when you remove the abs-fuse.

Can anyone see anything in this file where the limit is for the abs-fuse?

Thanks in advance, I'll go back to reading the 42 pages that I got left of the thread. (sometimes really sad reading when you see good people passed away etc)

Hey, I see your file version is 40lphj, so you can play around with this file. Just keep in mind it’s not 100% accurate yet, since I’m still testing and looking for things.

Thank you, I will look into it. But I wonder if it might be hardcoded somewhere in the file. Will try to look more.

The xdf looks great but I could not see NMAXDV in the file, it might be the map I'm looking for. (if its not hardcoded somewhere)

Thanks kostmonautas

I used your xdf to copy maps from old file to new orig file. The loss of abs speed signal is located at 0x13EDC (found by a friend of mine, thanks) I added it to your xdf and will include it here incase someone else needs it Smiley

I am also working on 40LPHJ.
Not going that great though.
I have fitted green R injectors(968) and a 19T turbo but it will not boost past 0.5bar whatever I do.
Do I have to rescale MSHFMU when I have changed KRKTE ?
with this file it should ask for 165% load which should be around 0.95bar
I have not found any tool that can log on a 2003 so I do not have any more than a wideband and a oldschool boost gauge
My latest try with as little changes as possible is attached

Haven't checked your file, but at a guess.. you will need to change the boost pid maps.

I have transferred the only difference I saw between the R and 2.5T which was the KFLDIMX
Edit
KFLDRQ0-KFLDRQ2 are not the same, I will transfer them aswell and test ASAP

You really should study whole torque model in FR first.
In your file you will not get more then around 130% load request because your highest KFMIZUxx is around 75% torque.
When you put that into KFMIRL you get around 130% load what is your current limit.

Knock indicator. Variable B_BLKFB is used to activate the MIL lamp flashing if wkrma exceeds wkrma_target.
