Added the ability to change to lambda values depending on wkrma values.

The DLBTS map now replaces the KFLAMKRL map, and the KFFDLBTS map replaces the KFLAMKR map.
Test maps:

You start from the wrong side.
Tune your LAMFA and KFLBTS first. You have those maps set to 1,0.
Then tune your ignition to be on the edge of the knock. Its better to prevent knock then to fight with it.
And if you have knock then you shouldn't fight it with fuel but rather with ignition retarding and ECU does pretty good job at that without "hacks".
